The Early Delivery Process

Home Listing

In most cases, you’ll find our home via listing on the MLS. We list Early Delivery homes in current state of construction, so those final few areas of decision making can be entirely yours.

You and a member of our team will walk through the home in its current state. We love this step, because it highlights the quality in a huge way and helps you see yourself living life in each room.

Once you are ready to proceed with the purchase of the home, we draw up a contract to be
signed.

Upon signing, the real fun starts: choosing the finishes and accents that may remain to make your home stand out as uniquely you.

At this point, all selections have been made, agreed upon, and incorporated into the home. We’re operating at full steam ahead. And soon, your Early Delivery home is ready for move in, and you just got a custom home in a fraction of the time.
